I started at the age of 17 at Casio College in Watford. At the age of 19 after qualifying as a chef I started my first job in the Langham Hilton Hotel in London. Over a number of years I worked in various establishments including the Green House with Gary Rhodes, Spread Eagle hotel in Midhurst, Lainston House in Winchester and the renowned Chewton Glen hotel in New Milton which is one of the best hotels in the world.

After 14 Years in the industry, I really wanted to open my own business. After a long conversation with my wife in a pub one day she said "why don't you open your own business supplying desserts to pubs and restaurants?". After a couple of months Tailor Made Desserts was born, and has now grown into the company that stands today.
