Hello my name is Richard Shields and I am the chef owner of Tailor Made Desserts. A company which I set up to specialise in the making of home made desserts, which are literally Tailor Made to your requirements.

Only the best ingredients, local when ever possible go into the making of my many varied desserts. Which can either be simple or complex to suit your needs.

I use skills and knowledge acquired over sixteen years in the very best of catering establishments including working with Gary Rhodes and the world renowned Chewton Glen. My gastronomic delights will be hand made and hand delivered to you.
